My DVD is not working, what should I do?

Please make certain your DVD-ROM drive is working properly (one way to do this is by testing it with a couple other DVDs). The next step is to manually open the user interface.

PC users: Follow the sequence - My Computer > Right Click DVD-ROM Drive > Choose "Open" > Double Click file named "RehabEssentials"

Mac users: Follow the sequence - Finder > DVD-ROM Drive > Open file named "RehabEssentials"

If this does not work, please make certain your DVD is not physically damaged by examining the underside of the DVD. Please contact Jonathan at jscheeler.dpt@gmail.com for further assistance.
