Tapan Kikani is a motivational leader with commitment to health and wellness of human body and spirit.  She has over 25 years of experience in physical rehabilitation services and healthcare operations.  Her accomplishments include successfully leading the provision of rehabilitation across the care continuum of acute care, short term rehab, outpatient, residential care, and homecare. She drives the innovation strategy at Redeemer Health by maximizing the strengths from operations, creating unique patient experiences, and developing competency using technology and eLearning.  Tapan holds a Physical Therapy degree from India and a doctorate in Physiology from Thomas Jefferson University. She has published and spoken on many scientific and management related topics.  Tapan can often be found hiking with her family, laughing, and creating art.
