Rehabilitation Administration Certificate

The University of Montana – College of Health Professions & Biomedical Sciences is pleased to announce the Rehabilitation Administration Certificate (RAC).

The Rehabilitation Administration Certificate provides an affordable, practical, and career-enhancing plan of study that prepares allied health and rehabilitation professionals to become future managers and leaders in the evolving healthcare environment.

Certificate Details

The RAC provides an affordable, practical, and career-enhancing plan of study that prepares health professionals to become future managers and leaders in the evolving healthcare environment. This certificate program delivers high quality content taught by nationally-recognized experts. In addition to existing faculty in the tDPT program, the RAC faculty includes experts actively managing and leading organizations (Cleveland Clinic, APTA, Johns Hopkins) at the forefront of healthcare reform. The program is directed by Michael Friedman, PT, MBA and Director of Rehabilitation Therapy Services at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Curriculum

  • Standalone certificate13 Credits, 7 Courses, 1-Year Program
  • tDPT+RAC (taken concurrent with tDPT)3 additional credits, 2 additional courses

Tuition

*Available to PTs, PTAs, ATCs, Ex Phys, M Ex Sci, NPs, PA’s & licensed nutritionists, massage therapists, and personal trainers with at least a bachelor’s degree **RAC ONLY - If you would like to take the combined tDPT and Rehabilitation Administration Certificate, then you would complete the requirements associated with the tDPT application. Requirements

Rehabilitation Administration Certificate is available to PTs, PTAs, ATCs, Ex Phys, M Ex Sci, NPs, PA’s & licensed nutritionists, massage therapists, and personal trainers with at least a bachelor’s degree.

 If you are applying to take a certificate program alone, please provide the following:

  • Completed application
  • Executed signature page (downloadable after you complete the application)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree transcripts (must be official transcripts and not copies)
  • Application fee paid

If you would like to take the combined tDPT and Rehabilitation Administration Certificate, then you would complete the requirements associated with the tDPT application.
