- Join us for a walk through campus and a hike up to the "M" on the hill. It's a great opportunity to take beautiful photos.

- Join us and enjoy a complimentary brunch and meet fellow students.

Regalia:
Regalia regalia rental orders are available from Herff Jones for the in-person Commencement & Hooding Ceremony on May 17, 2025. The order date for a guaranteed delivery date was April 8, 2025. If you still need regalia, confirm with their customer service you will be able to receive regalia, prior to ordering. Below are the details for regalia:- To rent regalia, visit https://colleges.herffjones.com/college/umt/ and on the website select "College of Health Students"
- All regalia must be ordered online and shipped directly to you, regalia will not be available for pick-up in person.
- When you rent regalia, the caps and tassels are yours to keep. However, the gowns and hoods will need to be returned.
In-person Commencement Tickets & Comment Card:
To reserve your tickets for commencement, please follow the instructions below. As part of the ticketing process, you will receive a separate email requesting you to complete the Commencement Comment Card form. This form allows your name and personal message to be announced during the in-person Commencement & Hooding ceremony. Below are the steps to RSVP your commencement tickets and complete your comment card:- Complete the form at https://bit.ly/2025-Commencement-Tickets.
- When you select the number of tickets, be sure to include yourself.
- Once completed you will receive an email confirming your tickets.
- 5-10 minutes after you receive your ticket confirmation, you will receive an email regarding your Commencement Comment Card.
- After completing your Commencement Comment Card, you will receive a copy via email.
Hotel Rooms:
We recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown since it is the closest hotel to the university. Rehab Essentials has a block of rooms set aside at the Holiday Inn -Missoula Downtown. The hotel guaranteed a price of $249 per standard room night for reservations between Thursday, May 15, 2025 - Monday, May 19, 2025. If you need a visa application letter, please send an email to jonathan@rehabessentials.com with your name, student ID #, and cohort #.Diplomas:
Diplomas are mailed to the address listed on your graduation application form submitted during the semester prior to completing your capstone. Processing and shipping take approximately 8–12 weeks after final grades are confirmed and degrees are conferred by the university. You can expect to receive your diploma about 2–3 months semester after completing your capstone.Questions:
